Jumping Bean

This weekend we got Claire a doorway jumper. It has some toys on it that light up and play music. She is fascinated by these and has played with them for the past few days.

But then this morning she realized that she could JUMP! She jumped for thirty minutes straight and had a great time.

I walked away for a minute and came back to find her completely zonked. All that jumping wears a girl out!

Sweet Baby James--Baby Claire is modeling her dad. We called James "Jumping James" because he could do it for hours. Claire is just getting her training started!!

She's clearly her daddy's daughter! She can build up her calf muscles just like James! She just needs a pair of headphones and some good jumping music. You may need to reinforce your floor at some point! :-)

I'm still laughing so hard from the progression of photos and video! That is just awesome. Claire looks so healthy and strong. I can't believe she's just 2 months older then Jack. I can't imagine him doing all that stuff in 2 months (I hope!). She is so adorable and I love visiting her blog to see how she's doing.

I hope you had a great birthday too. That cake sure looks YUMMY!

I love those jumpy-jumpy things. (Didn't they used to be called Jumping Johnnyies or something?) My sister's mother-in-law had an older one she got at a garage sale, and when Abby was little she would bounce in that thing so hard, I thought it would bring the ceiling crashing down on top of us!!!
